Pressure axis wear points :

1. Wear due to friction: The pressure axis is subject to normal wear due to the constant friction between the sanding belt and the pin. Over time, this can lead to wear on the surface of the pin.

2. Physical damage: Excessive stress, impact or foreign objects trapped between the grinding belt and the spindle can damage the surface of the spindle.

3. Ageing: Depending on the materials of construction and frequency of use, the pressure pin can age and degrade, which can affect its performance.

When is it necessary to change the part?
