To provide the best possible service, REPEX FLOOR entrusts its shipments to Chronopost

for parcels weighing up to 30kg (delivery times of 48 to 72 hours after dispatch within France).

In the event that all or part of the order must be returned to the REPEX FLOOR factory, such return may only be made with the express agreement of REPEX FLOOR. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note and made within three days of REPEX FLOOR's acceptance of the return and within a maximum of ten days after the date of purchase.

The sender shall bear the cost of return shipping. Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (otherwise the return cannot be accepted), failing which the return agreement shall become null and void.
