Zirconium disc Ø 150 

The Zirconium disc Ø 150 velcro has a distinctive blue colour. It is specially designed for use on metals and hard materials, guaranteeing maximum efficiency during roughing operations. However, it is generally not recommended for finishing work, as it can cause fine micro-scratches on surfaces. A notable advantage is that the grains have the ability to self-sharpen naturally during sanding, which prolongs service life. The average sanding area can vary depending on the substrate, with an average of around 90 to 100 square metres per disc.

It is important to note that commercially available zirconium abrasives vary in quality, with zirconium contents ranging from 20% to 60%. Products from the Repex Floor range, which contain 60% zirconium, are therefore recommended for optimum performance.
