Wheel complete BLE edger

A complete wheel on the wheel train of an Original BLE edger is an assembly that includes not only the wheel itself but also other components such as the hub, bearings and possibly elements such as tyres. This complete wheel is essential to ensure the mobility and movement of the flanging machine on the ground.

It is necessary to change the complete wheel in the following cases:

1. Severe wear : If the wheel shows signs of advanced wear, such as cracks, crevices, or severely diminished tread, it's time to replace it. A worn wheel can affect the stability and manoeuvrability of the edger.

2. Structural damage: Any structural damage to the wheel, hub or other components of the assembly may require replacement. This may include cracks, breaks, or any other defect that compromises the integrity of the wheel.

3. Bearing problems: If the bearings inside the wheel show signs of failure, such as abnormal noise, excessive friction, or irregular rotation, it is advisable to replace the complete wheel.

4. Design or configuration change: If modifications are made to the Original BLE flange machine that require a different complete wheel in terms of size, load capacity or features, it may be necessary to change the part.

5. Loss of seal (if fitted with tyres): If the wheel is fitted with tyres and they lose air due to punctures or sealing problems, it may be necessary to replace the complete wheel.

It is vital to follow the Repex Floor manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance and parts replacement. In general, the complete wheel should be replaced as soon as signs of wear, major damage or bearing problems are detected to ensure optimum performance of the Original BLE edger.
