Crutch spring for PLE sander 

The kickstand spring built into the PLE sander, designed and manufactured in Repex Floor's workshops, plays a fundamental role in the operation of the kickstand. This component ensures optimum performance of the kickstand by facilitating its adjustment movement, guaranteeing smooth and efficient use of the equipment.

When it comes to the right time to consider replacing this part, there are a number of signs that may indicate the need for action:

1. Loss of strength: If the spring loses its initial strength, no longer providing the tension required to hold the landing gear in the correct position, it is advisable to replace it.

2. Deformation: Any noticeable deformation of the spring can compromise its effectiveness and lead to problems in adjusting the lever-handle. In such cases, replacement becomes necessary.

3. Excessive wear: If there are obvious signs of wear, such as cracks or bends in the spring, it is advisable to replace it to avoid any risk of failure.

It is vital to stress that the warranty covers only items sold by Repex Floor or its authorised distributors. Springs manufactured in Repex Floor workshops are also included in this warranty. Any replacement or repair must be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in the Repex Floor warranty.
