Specifically designed for work on metals and hard materials, these discs ensure maximum efficiency during roughing operations. However, it is generally not advisable to use them for finishing work, as they can cause slight micro-scratches on surfaces.

A significant advantage is the ability of the grit to sharpen naturally during sanding, extending the life of the discs. The average sanding area can vary depending on the material, with an average of around 90 to 100 square metres per disc.

It is crucial to note that there is a diversity of quality among zirconium abrasives, with zirconium concentrations ranging from 20% to 60%. Therefore, products from the Repex range, containing 60% zirconium, are strongly recommended to ensure optimum performance.
