Function

The PLE Stand spring integrated into the PLE sander, designed and manufactured in Repex Floor's workshops, plays a fundamental role in the operation of the stand. This component ensures optimal performance of the stand by facilitating its adjustment movement, which guarantees smooth and efficient use of the equipment.

Wear and replacement

Several signs may indicate the need for intervention:

1. Loss of resistance: If the spring loses its initial resistance and no longer provides the tension required to keep the stand in the correct position, it is recommended that it be replaced.

2. Deformation: Any noticeable deformation of the spring can compromise its effectiveness and cause problems with the adjustment of the kickstand. In such cases, replacement is necessary.

3. Excessive wear: If there are obvious signs of wear, such as cracks or kinks, on the spring, it is advisable to replace it to avoid any risk of failure.

It is crucial to note that the warranty covers only items sold by Repex Floor or its authorised distributors. Springs manufactured in Repex Floor workshops are also included in this warranty. Any replacement or repair must be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in the Repex Floor warranty.
