Function
The 4D concrete sander equipped with orange diamond segments is very useful for treating and polishing concrete. The diamond segment is made up of industrially synthesised diamond particles that are extremely hard and abrasive. These particles enable precise sanding and grinding operations on concrete surfaces.
The 80-grit diamond segment is a relatively fine-grained abrasive designed for floor preparation and grinding work. Used after an initial pass with coarser grits, it produces a uniform smooth finish and a more even surface on very hard concrete, hard concrete or screed.
This intermediate grain is particularly suitable when the aim is to correct flatness, remove micro-laitance or break up a slight relief without digging into the substrate. Thanks to its controlled abrasive power, the 80-grit diamond segment ensures intermediate to fine sanding while preserving the material.
