Resybrid 50 adhesive refill is a single-component hybrid elastomer-based adhesive designed for bonding solid wood or engineered wood flooring with board widths not exceeding 200 mm. It is perfectly suited to bead application systems and offers a high-performance, clean and effective solution for professional installation work.
Its solvent-free formulation guarantees excellent safety in use while ensuring optimal bonding durability.
Performance and technical characteristics
Resybrid 50 is distinguished by its rapid polymerisation and strong adhesion to all types of flooring. Its elastic behaviour allows it to effectively compensate for irregularities in the substrate and the natural movement of the wood, thus limiting the risk of stress and delamination over time.
It also contributes to the acoustic comfort of buildings by reducing vibrations and attenuating impact noise. Its low volatile organic compound content contributes to good indoor air quality and reduced environmental impact.
Areas of application
Resybrid 50 adhesive refill is designed for bonding engineered and solid wood flooring up to 200 mm wide. It is particularly suitable for installations requiring controlled bead application, especially on sites where speed and precision are required.
It is also suitable for installation on underfloor heating systems, in accordance with current professional standards and DTU 51.2.
Consumption and packaging
Average consumption is between 1,000 and 1,400 g/m², depending on the flatness of the substrate and the type of flooring installed.
The adhesive is packaged in boxes containing three 5 kg aluminium bags, with 40 boxes per pallet. The shelf life is approximately 18 months in the original unopened packaging, protected from moisture.
