Multi-metal diamond disc Ø150MM grit 60 – Velcro attachment  

This diamond disc is designed for use with 4D multi-disc sanders. It allows for fast, precise and consistent work on large surfaces. Thanks to its numerous diamond discs mounted on a rigid support, it ensures optimal efficiency for sanding polished concrete, granite, marble and terrazzo.

• Velcro fastening for quick installation and removal
• Suitable for different sanding stages, from roughing to polishing, with a wide range of grain sizes
• Metal matrix and binder selected according to the hardness of the floor to guarantee controlled wear and constant performance
• Dry use, compatible with vacuum systems to limit dust and improve visibility.

• Preparation of concrete floors by levelling and opening the pores before applying a coating.
• Decorative sanding and polishing to obtain a matt, satin or gloss finish on polished concrete and terrazzo.
• Renovation of natural stone floors by removing imperfections and restoring shine
• Effective removal of stubborn coatings such as paint, resin and glue

Compatibility and recommendations

• Compatible with 4D multi-disc sanders, in particular the RPX 4D
• Not suitable for polishing single-disc machines, which do not have sufficient power
• The lifespan depends on the power of the sander, the rotation speed and the type of floor treated
