Diamond wood discs represent a new generation of abrasives specially designed for sanding very hard or treated wood. Thanks to the integration of diamond particles in a highly resistant metal matrix, they offer unrivalled performance on demanding and difficult-to-work surfaces.
Work carried out on a level parquet floor.
e.g.: Sanding an old Ureformol-type varnish, or an older coating, possibly including a thick layer of wax.
Used for sanding, cleaning and levelling operations, these discs guarantee high precision and optimum efficiency, even under intensive conditions. Unlike traditional models made of corundum, silicon carbide, zirconium or ceramic, they have a much longer service life, allowing for prolonged and economical use.
These discs are for dry use only, which makes them easy to use and reduces preparation requirements.

Recommendations and precautions for use
Diamond wood discs are suitable for machines with a maximum rotation speed of 11,500 rpm. However, to preserve the quality of the wood and the longevity of the tool, certain precautions are essential:

- Work with quick, steady movements to ensure even sanding.
- Do not apply excessive pressure to prevent damage to the workpiece or disc.
