Wheel for 4D single-brush sander

The wheel, or rather wheels, on the chassis of a 4D single-brush sander are mechanical parts that make it easier to move and transport the machine.
They are located at the rear of the frame and are designed to enable the user to move the sander from one place to another with less effort.

The main function of the wheel is to facilitate the mobility of the single-brush sander. When you tilt the unit slightly, the wheel touches the floor, enabling the user to roll it rather than having to lift it completely to move it. This can be particularly useful when you need to work on large surfaces or frequently move the sander between different work areas.

When to change a wheel depends on how worn it is and how well it's working.
Here are some signs that it may be time to replace it:

1. Visible wear: if you notice obvious signs of wear, abrasion or physical damage on the wheel, such as cracks or missing pieces, it's time to change it.

2. Difficulty moving the sander: if you notice that the wheel doesn't roll properly, jams or doesn't touch the ground well when moving the sander, this may be a sign of trouble with the wheel.
3. Noisy bearing: If the wheel makes squeaking, rubbing or rattling noises when it rolls, this may indicate a problem and that it needs to be replaced.

Replacing a wheel as soon as you notice signs of wear or damage is essential to maintain the mobility and maneuverability of the 4D single-brush sander.
